Now think Tennis.
Wimbledon… Henman Hill, Murray Mount, strawberries, Pimms and dull squash adverts that last 20 seconds. However, like the umpire says – it’s not just the balls that change, the sport and audience have over time too.
Over the past few years, tennis has become more of an attractive sport to new fans, also within the celebrity world (Bradley Cooper and Gerrard Butler two years ago ladies?!) and it’s only adding to the already buzzing and friendly atmosphere of the game.
The worlds most famous and quintessentially British tennis tournament started Monday in south west London to beautiful temperatures, top seeds on form and a packed house on every court.
